Description of All-Inclusive Premium Service:
Free use of the safe in the room during the stay. A deposit is required.
Premium drinks including a selection of national and international brands.
Personalized service: table service by qualified staff in all restaurants and bars.
Extended hours:
from 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM during the stay
Until 6:00 PM on the day of departure (as a benefit for booking through our website and for stays of at least 4 nights, the All-Inclusive service does not include the use of the room, which must be vacated by 12:00 PM).
Special discounts: 30% discount on drinks and meals not included in the Premium All-Inclusive package.
Special discounts: 20% discount on drinks and meals from the RESTAURANT KAIA menu.
Gastronomic Offer:
Non-alcoholic drinks such as water, soft drinks, processed juices, coffee, and tea. Alcoholic beverages such as national or local beer, standard wine (white, red, or rosé), cocktails, and a selection of spirits from international and national brands available from 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM in the designated hotel bars.
Water, soft drinks, national or local beer, and standard wine (white, red, or rosé) during the lunch and dinner buffet in the Main Restaurant.
Breakfast buffet in the main restaurant (7:30 AM-10:30 AM).
Lunch buffet in the main restaurant (1:00 PM-3:30 PM).
Dinner buffet in the main restaurant (6:30 PM-9:30 PM).
Snacks such as hot dogs, hamburgers, french fries, sandwiches, salad buffet, and pizzas available from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
Ice cream in a cup, available at the bars designated by the hotel.
Cake of the day available from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the bars designated by the hotel.
Other:
Daily use of the Spa circuit and gym.
Remarks:
Any hotel service not included in the items mentioned above will be provided outside the “Premium All-Inclusive” program and will therefore be charged to the guest (phone, room service, laundry service, minibar, etc.). Treatments at the Spa & Wellness Royal are also excluded.
Your All-Inclusive contract is valid from 12:00 PM on the day of arrival until 6:00 PM* on the day of departure (* this does not include the use of the room, which must be vacated by 12:00 PM).
Guests must sign the bills for their respective consumptions (including those within the Premium All-Inclusive) as an internal control measure.
This service is personal and non-transferable, and any invitation to third parties will be charged to the room.
Guests must wear the identification bracelet and carry the room card throughout their stay to allow our staff to monitor and ensure proper service.
