Free use of the safe in the room during the stay. Deposit required.
Premium drinks including a selection of national and international brands.
Personalized service: table service by qualified staff in all restaurants and bars.
Extended hours:
From 10:00 am to 01:00 am during the stay.
Until 6:00pm on the day of the departure (As an advantage of booking on our website, and for stays of a minimum of 4 nights, the All-Inclusive service does not include room use, which must be vacated by 12:00 pm).
Special Discounts: 30% off on drinks and meals excluded from the Premium All-Inclusive package
Gastronomic Offer:
Non-alcoholic beverages such as water, soft drinks, non-natural juices, coffee, and tea. Alcoholic beverages such as national or local beer, Standard white, red, or rosé Wine, cocktails, and a selection of international and national brand liquors available from 10:00 am to 01:00 am in bars designated by the hotel.
Water, soft drinks, national or local beer and standard, white, red or rosé wine during the lunch and dinner buffet in the Main Restaurant.
Breakfast buffet in the main restaurant (07:30 am-10:30 am).
Lunch buffet in the main restaurant (01:00 pm-03:30 pm).
Dinner buffet in the main restaurant (06:30 pm-09:30 pm).
Snacks such as hot dogs, hamburgers, French fries, sandwiches, salad buffets, and pizzas available from 10:00 am to 06:30 pm.
House ice cream (tubs) available in bars designated by the hotel.
Daily cake available from 03:30 pm to 05:00 pm in bars designated by the hotel.
Remarks:
All hotel services not included in the above will be provided outside the “Premium All-Inclusive” program and therefore charged to the customer (telephone, room service, laundry service, minibar, etc.). The Thalasso Centre, Gorbea Restaurant and sports facilities are also excluded.
Your All-Inclusive contract is valid from 12:00 pm on the day of arrival until 6:00 pm* on the day of departure (* does not include room use, which must be vacated by 12:00 pm).
Guests must sign for their respective consumption orders (even those consumed within the All-Inclusive) as an internal control measure. All drinks will be served at the table by our staff.
This service is personal and non-transferable, and any invitations to third parties will be charged to the room.
Guests must wear the identification bracelet and room card throughout their stay, necessary for control and service correction by our staff.
